Membership Program
You asked for it and we have delivered! Massage 1 created our membership program to meet the demands of our clients who wanted to get massage on a more regular basis. We listened to client feedback and created a program that would give benefits similar to our competitors but would still not require clients to commit to any long term contracts. This club is specifically tailored for clients who come at least once a month, and offers discounts for those who come more often.
Our membership program works similar to competitor programs you may be familiar with, but without any of the drawbacks. If you get massage less than once a month, this program is probably not for you. But for those who come in at least once a month, it does offer some nice perks that you may want to take advantage of. Members pay monthly at the same signature rates that non-members pay, but any additional massages in a calendar month can be had at a great discount rate. All standard one hour massages become just $49.99, and can be as low as $39.99 when you rebook them at checkout! Please refer to the pricing chart on the left for a full list of all membership massage pricing.
Joining our membership program is completely optional. We do not force our clients to sign up for a membership to enjoy our signature low rates. The program was created because of client demand, and is meant as an optional benefit for clients who choose to use it. While other businesses pressure their clients to join their program or pay outrageous costs, members pay the same monthly rate that non-members pay anytime. We will never require memberships to take advantage of our signature low prices.

How do I sign up?
You can sign up in person at any Massage 1 location. You will be asked to sign an agreement (not a contract!) where you will select your membership package, start date, and consent to monthly billing.
Are there any signup fees? When will my membership take effect?
There are no signup or enrollment fees of any kind. Memberships by default take effect on the 1st the following month, when your first prepaid massage will be charged. You also have the option of starting your membership immediately by paying upfront for a prepaid massage for the current month. Depending on your signup date, you can decide which of these two options would be better for your needs.
Once I’m enrolled, how will I pay?
Memberships are charged automatically on the first of each month. You must have a credit card on file to take advantage of our membership program. Each time you are charged you will earn one prepaid massage for you to use at your leisure. Unused prepaid massages always roll over to the next month and never expire.
As a 1 hour member, how much are 90 minute and 2 hour massages?
Members only receive discounts on massage lengths that are equal to or less than their monthly prepaid massage length. 1 hour members only receive discounts on additional 1 hour massages. 90 minute members receive discounts on additional 90 minute and 1 hour massages. 2 hour members receive discounts on all massage lengths.
What are the prices for specialty massages?
Specialty massages are a flat $20 additional fee for all clients regardless of your massage length or price. This also applies to additional monthly massages for members.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in person, over the phone, or through email. We don’t make you jump through hoops. Once you cancel, you won’t be charged again, and all of your membership discounts and benefits will cease immediately, including the use of prepaid massages. However, prepaid massages do not expire and will remain on your account for you to use should you start your membership again. We are not able to issue refunds for any unused prepaid massages.
General F.A.Q.
Can I share my benefits? Do you have a family membership?
You cannot share your membership benefits or use your prepaid massages or discounts on others. We do not offer family memberships or discounts but may offer this option in the future.
Are there any additional benefits to joining?
Besides the discount available when you get multiple massages in a month, our membership program does not offer additional benefits at this time.
How does the additional rebooked massage discount work?
For a 1 hour massage, members always pay $59.99 for any additional massages in a calender month. As an additional incentive to help stabilize our schedule, clients who rebook their next massage at checkout save an additional $10 on their massage, making the final price $49.99. Recurring weekly or bi-weekly appointments are also eligible for the rebooked rate.
What if I change, cancel, or reschedule a rebooked massage?
Since the point of rebooked massages is to help balance our schedule by providing advanced notification of appointments, any appointments changed, cancelled, or rescheduled after being rebooked will no longer be eligible to receive the $10 discount. These appointments will still receive the additional anytime price of $59.99.
What’s the catch?
There is no catch. If you are familiar with our business, you know we are all about honesty with our clients. The membership program is simply a way for clients who come more than once a month to receive a slight discount and benefits on our services. Discontinue your membership anytime and there are no penalties whatsoever.
I thought Massage 1 was anti-membership?
Massage 1 has always been against forcing our clients to sign up for a membership to be eligible for our low prices. We still are! However, we also received many requests from clients that actually wanted a membership option that would allow them to come more often at a discount. We decided that an optional membership program was the best way to offer a fair solution to all our clients. Nothing is changing at all for regular clients who can still come anytime and receive our signature low pricing.
