Massage Therapist

Massage therapists are the foundation of our company at Massage 1. A qualified candidate should not only possess the skills to provide superior quality massage care, but also provide a superior customer service experience as well. Qualified applicants should hold a professional degree in massage therapy.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting at $24-$26 per hour + tips (DOE).
  • Starting at $28-$30 per hour + tips with performance bonus.
  • Specialty sessions start at $30-$40 per hour + tips.
  • Starting therapists earn $44-$48 per hour on average.
  • Experienced therapists earn $50-$60 per hour on average.
  • Yearly salary starts at $60,000+ for FT therapists.
  • Earn over $80,000 with performance + seniority bonuses.
  • Semi-Annual or Annual Raises

Front Desk

Front desk staff are responsible for all customer service and sales oriented duties at Massage 1. These include a multitude of tasks such as client interaction, booking appointments, answering phones, updating records, laundry, & cleaning. The primary mission of front desk is making sure all clients have a great experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service, Sales, Appt. Management.
  • Client Interaction (In Person, Phone, & Email).
  • Facility Upkeep (Filing, Laundry, Daily Cleaning, Etc.)

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • 18 Years Old + High School Diploma.
  • Professional, Energetic, and Superior Customer Service Skills.
  • Basic Computer, Phone, & Multitasking Skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • $14.00 Hourly Starting Pay + Commission.
  • Benefits such as free massages.
  • PTO available to full time staff.

Specialty Positions

Specialty positions include website developers, graphic designers, marketing managers, etc. We are always looking for talented individuals who would be assets to the Massage 1 team in a variety of fields. Please note that specialty positions are usually integrated with the front desk and incorporate those duties as well.

  • TBD – Based on your field.
  • Front Desk Service & Appt Management
  • Client Interaction (In Person, Phone, & Email).
  • Light Upkeep (Laundry, Daily Cleaning, Etc.)

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • 20 Years Old + Experience in Field.
  • Professional, Energetic, and Superior Customer Service Skills.
  • Advanced Computer, Phone, & Multitasking Skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • $36,000-$60,000+ DOE
  • $14-$18-$22-$26+ DOE

Massage Therapist

We have limited openings at all two of our locations.

Henderson: Part time to full time. Most in need on weekday evenings and weekends during the day (especially Sundays).

Southwest:Part time to full time. Most in need on weekday evenings and weekends during the day (especially Sundays).

Centennial: Currently being relocated. Hiring will resume once our new location is closer to opening.

Front Desk

We currently hiring for the Part Time Evening position for the SouthwestĀ location.

Part Time Evenings.

Tuesdays: 4:45PM – 9:30PM
Wednesdays: 4:45PM – 9:30PM
Thursdays: 4:45PM – 9:30PM
*Preference given to applicants that can cover weekend shifts occasionally if needed.
